Green Fields Consultants

Very pathetic service. Only interested in taking money for annual maintenance contract and the technicians even don’t know how to open and check the machine, They have completely destroyed my machine in preventive maintenance, They have taken my machine for repairs and from last 10 days and Nobody is is responding the call. Even toll free number of IFB is not contactable now I am 20 years old customer of IFB but from last 2 years I am completely fed up with services. Now I have decided to never buy any IFB product.

Most pathetic customer service. It has been more than 3 weeks since complaint was raised and still no resolution. Washing Machine was bought in Jan 2017 and motor stopped working. Team at service centre is niether ready to replace the machine nor are repairing it. They just keep giving dates. Company like IFB needs 20-25 days to just get a motor. My suggestion- never buy any ifb appliance. Service matters!!
