The fat and short female is very arrogant. I shouldn't be using such adjectives but didn't care to know her name. Why ? Because she ruined our entire KTM experience. They are trying hard to sell bikes anyway as with even better options available, on top their service center staff and management is worst. I found parts replaced from an old bike as not available and that female is pinnacle of rudeness and filth. The way she talks and conducts can put anyone to shame.

The incharge of service center is ruthless rowdy woman....KTM brand should care for their image .... Mechanics are far humble their than this female. My brother and i went to put the bike and she was reckless fog no reason. Worst!!! If we had to see her again for any bike servicing in future....
