Shaiesta Chhipa

Staff is so rude and training less. Girl staff behaviour is so bad. They behave like they are doing some favour on you. They don’t assist well. They suggested me wrong shades in foundation & didn’t even take responsibility for that. I had spend more than 8k on wrong product bcs of them. Pathetic.

Don't buy from the store. They suggest wrong products and they don't even take responsibility for the same. This was my second incident with them. Have also reported the same to higher management. Store manager is Azim Siddiqui and he don't even cares for the customers or likes to know feedbacks. Also, salespersons are not trained well for example, Rahul Banic and Raj. They just misguide you for fulfilling their targets.

Wasn't assisted at all. I could probably find more assistance shopping for kids toys at Hamley's. Makeup is tricky. Makeup needs to be just right for skin tones and that needs help!
