A total worthless to go for a workout, they don't have a proper coach for training and exercise. The coaches will only pay attention if you opt for PT rest they don't even bother to look after.

The trainers are too rude and sometimes there are no trainers. They only have the interest of promoting their protien powders. No proper maintenance of machines is done. Instead visit the other gyms in the same area.
