Pathetic diagnostic lab. My parents had to go to the other diagnostic lab again for accurate results. Their reports are not at all proper so guys based on which you cannot go for your further treatment. Please go to the other labs for your tests as the owner the complete staff is FAKE!

Best diagnostic lab..Test reports are authentic and clinically acceptable..They perform routine quality control test which is necessary for accurate test results..I strongly recommend this lab to everyone..

Pathetic experience, went twice both time they outright denied online payment due to some excuse or other, nor were they ready for partial payment.had to run back to home for cash. Better use SRL or any other lab

Over charging for tests.....I was charged for sm tests Rs. 6000/- whereas same test done at Central Lab for Rs. 2300/- only. Patients name is Mrs. Vandana Arora

Worst experience. I called them and asked for appointment, and the receptionist there said she wont be giving untill i come there and book for it. I asked as it is difficult to come there and book an appointment due to covid pandemic as I m 33 weeks pregnant to come there once for appointment and then again come for test on the alloted day, but the lady on the phone was so rude and was not ready to listen even. So unprofessional of them
