This is the review I am giving after placing many orders. This time I have faced Mr. Kumar Krishna. He was very unprofessional. The staff does not have any technical knowledge, if you will ask to send any quotation they won't send it at least for 2-3 weeks. representative never pics your call. If he picks your call, he will say sir I am out of the town. Please put a reminder email. Same company and same email id but you have to send same mail again and again. Prices are highest in the town due to their monopoly with few brands. This must be taken care of.
