The rent is worth the experience. They provide what they guarantee. Wifi facility, geysers, Air conditioners/coolers, good food and the ambiance is wonderful as well

The common area is the best infrastructural part of the PG. It has all the facilities which we all can use in common like microwave, refrigerators, wifi etc.

I'm currently a resident in Stanza Naples House and let me tell you it's worst. Stanza don't make food in their property but they has got a vendor who deliver food. Food served here is worst. Water is served in place of dal. They promised many things during the time of admission and stanza is bad at keeping words. They say that battery backup is available but I've spent 5 hours a day without electricity. As soon as one problem is solved the next one is ready. During rainy season water leakage is a big problem. I suggest not to go for stanza.
