This is the best place to live if you are looking for somewhere to stay away from your home. Everything is perfect here, the food, atmosphere, hygiene, laundry facilities and other services. The location is very apt. too. Everything is near the location like malls, cafes etc. I had the best experience here.

Good afternoon.I Parul Shukla was stanzen from August 2019-May 2020 in Pasadena House Vijay Nagar Indore. At the time of admission I paid Rs.5,000 as security deposit. As per the agreement I will be refunded my security deposit after my tenure ends and following every procedure. I left the property on 27th March due to Pandemic. I paid all the rent till June.Even for keeping my luggage for 15 days I paid 2,000rs in July.On 15th of July I took my luggage completed all exit formalities.I didn't receive my security refund till September. IN September I was refunded only 1,000 rs in spite of 5,000 rs. When I asked for the deduction they informed me they deducted luggage charges. I said I have already paid the luggage charges. I even send the screenshot of Payment. Now it is more than month my grievance is not addressed. Delhi head quarter executive says me to mail They say they can't help me. No one picks my call, no reply to mails also.I feel cheated.I am a student.It's my father hard earned money.

Best experience one could ever get. Hostel provide each and every facility for the comfort of stanzens. It's rent is also affordable in which we get many facilities too. Specially RC Miss Payal kingrani in this house is so cooperative towards stanzen's.

Stanza is like my second home its completely like home away from home with full luxury amenities,well provided security,proper hygiene,24/7 electricity and so friendly environment...and the best part about pasadena house is our lovely and very supportive RC miss payal kingrani she hardly takes so much time to solve the issue and she always make sure that stanzens don't face problems and try to give her best.

Decent classic place for living (for girls) The atmosphere here is what u actually have at your home.. The main thing I personally recommend is the living they provide with good charges in indore u'll never get...the atmosphere the securities what basically parents search for their children is available here.... The captain ( Payal kingrani) she's the best must say the way she looks after u every problem she had a solution for....what are our queries we discus with her like her own child she looks after all .... I must say u should try it out once there'll be much fun....
