Amazing app based accommodation
One of the best hostel in Indore city. Best facilities available at a reasonable rent. Good food. Cafeteria. Hygienic rooms. Gamezone. Gym. Laundry. I wrote this a year ago but I'm not gonna lie they had us in the first half Changing my rating from 4 star to 2 Never go for a private accommodation The sale's team makes you fool they offer you things when you visit the residence at first place but the ground reality is way different from what they offer.
I’m a resident of this property and all I can say is if you are looking for clean and hygienic place please don’t choose stanza. All promises they make are false. Food place are roaming all over the premises. Drinking water is unavailable most of the times. The amount we are paying to them at least expect some respect and basic amenities. Mr Imran who’s incharge of the building misbehave with resident. Please choose wisely.
Food is tasteless Monthly rent price very high according to services. Laundry service quality bad. Refundable price is petite According clothes market price.

They are just here for business. And they only know how to extract money from students. I have been living in different cities and different pg/hostel for 10 years now.. and living here was the worst experience
Captain at the facility was very rude. Mr irfan has no decency to talk with the clients and occupants residing
