I bought a Great Grains cereal today and its taste was a bit weird as if it was a expired product. Checked the expiry date and was shocked to see it's expiry date is Oct 2020. Pls check the expiry date on products before u buy anything from here.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and if this is not enough, the staff LIES and ACCUSES CUSTOMERS OF LYING. To top this up, the STAFF SNATCHES ITEMS OUT OF HANDS OF CUSTOMERS TRYING TO MAKE A PURCHASE. Absolutely pathetic service by Ms Neha who claims on multiple occasions that she doesn’t want to sell items in the store. WHY ARE YOU RUNNING A STORE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO SELL?

Had a very very horrible reception today. We were given a number to contact and the owner picked up the call. She was extremely rude to us and yelled over the phone for no reason. We were simply calling the number we were given to inquire about an order we had placed. Instead, we were treated with no respect. Astonishing behavior from the owner. Heavily disappointed with this experience. We were fans of mr.beans gourmet store before this distasteful attack.

The lady who operates the store is horrible. Stay wary of defective/expired products. Expect no customer service. Buy at your own risk, don't expect any exchange or return or help.

Well stocked store but staff is rude, crude & untrained. Walked in on a person talking loudly on a speakerphone while walking around. Another one had to put 4 bars of chocolate in the same stand as us, another one realized he needs to review juice display standing between us. Social distancing be damned. If you care for COVID19, avoid the place nothing you can't live without
