Great place and amazing for a romantic date! This is the perfect place for a date night during the pandemic since you are inside your own little house and have an amazing view of the pier. The food is smaller portioned however it was delicious. The avocados toast and truffle pasta were both great. Service, personal heater, and fast waiter was a plus!

Highly recommend! I love that their “igloos” or glass cabins are free and guaranteed with your reservation. There are a lot of places (only a block or two away) that charge upwards of 100 to make a reservation at their igloos, but here it was free! Their little cabins are so super cute and nicely decorated! It was aesthetically perfect and also very safe as you’re separare from everyone else dining and it’s just your party in the space. They also had a window open in our igloo for ventilation and a heater that kept us warm. We went for brunch and it was sunny, but we were warm enough to take our coats off, despite the low temperatures. The brunch food was delicious, and so nicely presented. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice igloo dining. Friendly attentive service. Hanger steak was excellent. Vegan pizza got 1 nay and 1 yay. Cocktails were very weak in alcohol.

So, the food at this play is average at best. The service is what brings this place down from a solid three or four stars (would give 2.5 if i could). I've been twice (due to ease of being able to hop off Ferry and eat) and both times had the same server (a bearded mike, sam, or something along those lines). Each time I have found him lackluster at best. This time, my issue with him is that at the 90 minute mark he is anxious to ask us \ you want something else or the check?\. OK, I get it when there are other reservations or people waiting, due to limited space - no issue with 90 minute limit...understand that customers equals money. But this was early in the week, dreary weather (not a sunny weekend or Friday night)..no one was knocking to eat at this place. Let the customers sit around and enjoy their beers...perhaps they order dessert or another drink. And, a crowded place makes passers by think your establishment is more legit/worthy. Also, I ordered one of the most expensive menu items for the main dish..so it's not like we were being cheap with him. Maybe this was his high pressure way to get us to order more, but all it did was make us ask for the check since we were still in the middle of our beers and had not decided on our next move. Twice at this place and not over impressed --especially with this service --given all their rules and limitations...unlikely to return. There are several other places not far with no time limits and equal or better food (and views). My advice....take your money, your friends, and your time elsewhere....Pier 17...Pearl Street...etc.

Two stars for my pizza that was delicious, however the outdoor igloo/greenhouses are broken. We sat in one in which the door at the roof did not close. Then we asked to be moved & this one had a whole back panel missing. This facility limits visits to 90minutes, but the greenhouses aren’t even secure. The heater is essentially useless when there are huge holes in the structure letting in cold air. We understand facilities are struggling during covid, but maybe some adjustments should be made to your greenhouses for customer satisfaction.
