It’s hard to believe that only around 8 weeks ago, I started my treatment with the Doctors at Max Living. I had been in such a great deal of pain on a daily basis for almost 9 to 12 months. The extreme pain in my shoulder would only allow me to raise my arm barely half way up. I was just having to breath through the pain some days. I was losing strength in that arm because I had started to protect it and adjust my movements to avoid any extra pain. Today, I’m pain-free and my range of movement has improved tremendously. I have around one month to go to finish my treatment plan with the Doctors at Max Living and I can already raise my arm straight up in the air and it almost matches the range of my opposite arm that has full motion and range. Also, I’m now completely off any medicines that I was using previously! I’ve been sharing my experience with my family and friends whom I think may see their own health benefits by making a visit to Max Living and getting to know the wonderful Doctors and staff. Not only is their knowledge fascinating about how our bodies are created to work and function properly, but then to see how they put this knowledge into practice and help their patients (like me) experience such relief has been amazing! A huge thank you to those at Max Living Indy!

If you are looking for whole body treatment beyond your normal Chiropractic care you have received in your past then Indy Family Chiropractic is for you! A wealth of knowledge to plug into! The Docs are well rounded in knowledge of health, nutrition and their profession. I have been under their care for almost a year and have never felt better. The staff becomes an extension of your family. There are even groups for moms.
Highly recommend! Very family oriented and they take time to know each person that walks into their doors! They do what’s best for you as an individual. I walked in with server back, neck and daily migraines. I not longer have migraines daily nor pain daily! They are truly the best!

Great staff, great facility. For my first chiropractic experience, I couldn't be happier. Dr Tracy is wonderful and so is all the staff. I would recommend to anyone.
