I went to Infiniti downtown Toronto after a referral from one of my friends. Actually, I found it one of the best dealerships I ever dealt with. Just bought my QX 50 yesterday after a very long shopping around all over the city. But those guys had the best options for my wife and me. It is not only about the car; it is the staff and the manager in particular. Hani SHOUMAN is the sales manager is a super nice guy and so easy to deal with. Very helpful and real problem solver. Moreover, nick is the delivery consultant was very helpful and patient :). Rada as a financial manager was very supportive and always smiling. I love this branch :)

Just picked my new QX60 2 days ago and I must say the service and attention I received from Melissa was fantastic! She was able to get me out of my old lease and put me into a new one at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend this dealership as it's conveniently located in downtown close to the Gardiner. If you're looking at upgrading, definitely go and see Melissa!

My wife and I leased a new QX50 earlier this year and have enjoyed driving our first Infiniti. The experience working with the downtown dealership team has been very positive with every interaction. When we were exploring which car to get and looking at other options, the deciding factor was Hani's openness and transparency in crafting a lease that worked for us. Recently, we brought the car in for the first round of routine maintenance and parts (winter tires) and both Jesse and Chris provided excellent customer service. The icing on the cake is the fact that Infiniti provides a complimentary shuttle service to drop and pick you up from home while your car is being worked on. Beyond getting a reliable and fun car to drive, it's clear that the Infiniti team is committed to building trustworthy relationships with their customers.
