I always come to this location even tho it’s way out of my way to service my car. I recommend anyone who has an infiniti to come to the Ardmore location. This was my first time coming to Infiniti of Ardmore but definitely won't be my last! I wanted an oil change but with the times we are in now, you have to have an appointment everywhere you go. I initially called another Infiniti dealership closer to where I was at the time but they had no walk ins and no appointments until next week so I tried Ardmore. Allan was very friendly on the phone and accommodating and told me to bring my car in and they would take care of me today. When I arrived, he was just as friendly and personable in person as he was on the phone. Made me feel important and good knowing that my car would be in good hands. I got my oil changed and tires rotated and they did it in about the time he quoted and gave my baby a wash. I appreciate the great service!
