Worst place to go for service, save yourself a bad experience and go elsewhere. They charged me 181 ‘diagnostic’ fee for Water inside the headlight, you can literally see water from the outside. They said it wasn’t covered under the extended warranty that cost 4K extra at the time of purchase. New Headlight is 2,200 tax. They could have easily waived the diagnostics fee and installed a new D2S bulb, but no. Service Advisor Marvin not at all helpful and doesn’t know how to provide good customer service, but does know how to make excuses. Go here if you want to feel ripped off.

The best dealership in town! Just purchased my second vehicle from them and very excited. Despite the circumstances these guys were able to help me get out of my current lease and into purchasing my new vehicle. Brian in sales is pretty awesome, very professional and courteous. Greg, the sales manager is very professional and very helpful and friendly and so is Michael the finance manager. Excellent team and in the end a very smooth and beautiful transition into my new vehicle. Service here is excellent! This is my second time doing business with this dealership and was very pleased with their services. Excellent service department ERIC helped me and he was amazing. I called almost everyday for 2 weeks for a noise I heard on my car and due to my busy schedule I could never make it in when he said to come but he was so patient with me and when I finally came to get the service done it was pretty quick and extremely efficient. ERIC is the best. And now my car has no more noise

This is the worst service. All customers before leaving the dealer must verify all the points that they claim to have resolved. They say they have changed the oil but it is not true, the brakes are badly repaired, after taking it through the recall it has a sound from the abs pump, the battery is leaking since I bought the car, my car needs alignment since I bought it but they say it is normal. sounds in the seats. but everything is normal for them.
