Very happy with this place originally had bought a Infiniti from another dealership but took it here for service and I met Jose probably one of the best employees that they have this guy really takes care of his customers was so impressed that I actually bought another Infinity from them and now I take it there for service also there is one in San Antonio however to me is worth the drive for the quality of service that they provide and the respect they have for their customers
My entire experience from start to finish was seamless and effortless. There was never any added pressure to make a purchase. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and eager to help. But I have to say that Joel far exceeded my expectations. The process of purchasing a car has got to be one of my least favorite things, especially being a Woman. But Joel worked with me every step of the way and made sure I was taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but all the while, made the process light and fun. I would definitely recommend anyone to pay Joel a visit! Overall, great service and very pleased with this dealership.

I purchased a car on Dec. 26th from this dealership. I had been looking at a specific car for some time and I was contacted by a salesman. We corresponded and he answered some questions that I had. We set up a time that I would arrive and he came to show me the way to the dealership because I got lost. Although this gentleman had helped me prior to my arrival and we had corresponded he did not help very much. He was working on another sale and really did not have time to help me. He only showed up when it was time to give me the price. Luckily another gentleman named Eric helped me. He pulled out the car from the showroom and went with me to test drive it. Eric patiently answered all my questions and showed me the features in the car that I did not understand. Eric explained all my options thoroughly and never pressured me. Eric was very professional and helpful. In fact, he just delivered my old vehicle to my home today. Despite the fact that I really like the quality of the car and the service that Eric gave me, it was his personality that closed the deal. I hope he was the one that got credit for my purchase.
