I have visit this location a few times in the past. My first two experiences were just OK and my third I said I would not return again. It is not close to my home or place of employment and I did not feel like it was worth the extra effort, money and time. However, this visit the service advisor I had was very customer service driven. Addressed my concerns and although there was an issue with getting me a shuttle driver he gave me the option to reschedule or wait. He ensured me that they would move as quick as possible if I did wait. Also, having an earlier appt is ideal for me and I was able to schedule this appointment very quickly get serviced and on at work early enough to not miss any meeting. Also. I like how they cover the steering wheel with the current condition of the world.

I had been looking for a car for a few months as my lease was coming close to being done. Of course I was looking for a specific car and where I live they don’t have the inventory of many used cars they do mainly leasing. Darrin at Infiniti of Cincinnati wasn’t the first dealership I spoke with- but he was the first that I really felt comfortable with and confident that I found my car and my dealership I wanted to work with. It was a few days before Christmas and he was always available to answer all of my questions (he gave me his cell number) which means a lot to me. Darrin coordinated my car to be shipped directly to me here in NY. The whole transaction was seamless! I highly recommend Darrin and all of the great people that work at Infiniti of Cincinnati. This is a COVID era review. All protocols were in place. This service department gets a great review. They were efficient and thorough, and friendly to boot, and it's not easy being friendly at 7:30 in the morning. They cleaned up the car nicely upon completion, and I was only there about an hour for diagnosis and service. Turns out all I needed was an oil change. If you are an Infiniti customer, you are already used to high quality and excellent service. Infiniti of Cincinnati did not disappoint.
