Service department is rude and unprofessional. Not sure why expensive car dealership has that kind of service.

I was having problems with my Infiniti G35 the knock sensor code was coming up on the code reader. After replacing the knock sensor twice, I tried talking to the service dept. They did not want to give me me any advice on what else could be the problem. After numerous calls to other shops around town, come to find out there is a sub harness that goes out, on the knock sensor. So I called the parts dept. to get the knock sensor sub harness to fix the problem, well the parts dept. couldn't even find this part in their books. After hours of researching on line i finally found this part. Thank you Infiniti for not helping. I will order all my future parts not from you
Service department was very rude. Said their was so much wrong with my car they would need at least 20 minutes to get me a list of everything. I waited for them to finish the oil change for 2 hours and was late so he said he would text it to me. Still waiting for the info. Then my husband called and he said he gave it to me!!! Completely rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. Will never go back there for service or to buy a car there! Wish I could leave zero stars!!!!
