I made a service appointment and accidently came 2 days late. The entire staff was very nice and understanding and worked me in!! Thank you so much!

I am pleased with this experience Fort Wayne Nissan. I feel they went above and beyond what was required to complete the service needed on my 2017 Nissan Frontier. However, the shuttle service was not on time to return me the 5 miles back to my job and I was counting on it to be. This is not a "deal breaker" for me but if your not going to provide a loaner vehicle then the shuttle service needs to be counted on. They did have someone personally drive me back to work after expressing that I could not wait any longer and I appreciated that. This was my first experience after swearing to never return to Fort Wayne Nissan again. In December of 2017 I was treated very rudely by a service writer at this location. I was very shocked and angry at the time because after submitting an email to Nissan's customer service I received no reply. This was a good first step in redemption. I may return here for service to me or my wife's Nissan. Thanks for your time, Bill Rogers

Poor communication, poor deal. I went to the Nissan/Infinity of Fort Wayne because I like Nissans- good cars. But my buying experience was very sub-par. First off, I bought a lemon. I didn't think to check if the driver door lock worked, so five minutes after I left with my "as is" '05 Honda Civic, I discovered that I couldn't lock or unlock the driver door. Three days later the ignition lock failed and I couldn't even move the vehicle! The cost of the repair would have probably been close to 2 grand if I did it privately. They promised to "take care of it for me," but six weeks later, I'm still driving a loner. Things have been delayed again and again because so-and-so was out of office. I couldn't even get information about where my car was (on their lot or at the Honda across the street) without multiple phone calls and hearing a lot of "I don't know; you have to call service," and then "we don't know; you have to call sales," and finally walking in to the store. It must be a terrible place to work! In addition, I had to go back multiple times because they did not have me sign the paperwork correctly, paperwork I should never have signed in the first place, evidently. My salesman was nice, but I was humiliated and talked down to by multiple other employees as though I know nothing about cars or finances. I should never have gone back, even with my own financing, after I heard "So, why do you think you deserve a better interest rate?" (I got a way better interest rate from my bank, by the way). So now I have been given two options - pay over 1300 for the part to fix my Civic (they'll cover labor) or trade in the car I drove for 3 days for a different "as is" vehicle. I don't know that I trust either to be a safe ride. And couldn't they have offered me the trade like a month ago? I guess they would rather have me rack up miles on their loner instead. Hoping for a resolution eventually...

Really appreciated working with Jordan and his straight forward approach. I won't hesitate to work with him again on future vehicles.

I purchased a Infiniti QX80 in March from Brad at Infiniti. The vehicle was listed as is, however prior to giving them a check outright, I had conditions. The headphones to the theater system was broken and the vehicle smelled. The salesperson gave me a due bill for headphones and a professional detail. I’ve contacted Infiniti several times asking for a resolution to my due bill. Needless to say, it’s now over two months and I haven’t heard a peep from them. I’m very disappointed in their customer service and total disregard for their customers. This will be my last purchase through Infiniti and I will not recommend them to anyone. Customer service says EVERYTHING about an organization. Once they received my check they could careless about any promises made!

I was actually surprised. I loathe dealerships and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I was greeted when I first walked in despite every salesman having someone at their desk. The wait was super short. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for without being over pushy or trying to just get my money. Definitely a great experience and I know where I’ll be going once I need a new car!

Andruw is a fantastic salesman. We went all the way through all options until we found the perfect car. He was patient, kind and generous with his time. He didn’t want to give up even when I was ready to. Definitely look him up if you are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Well not sure about my purchase. It’s a very nice 2018 Nissan Rogue with 35000 miles. Has all the bells and whistles. AWD. But I feel I was kind of ripped off. 1st off it needs new tires which I should of spoke up and asked for them. The price of 24500 was over the top price of KBB value. So got ripped off there. Then I paid a lot for the 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I think it should have came with it. But then again my fault. When it was all said and done it was 31000!!!!!! For 81 months!!!! I now wish I would have got up and walked out. I didn’t know what I was getting into until I went into the finance guys office. I thought 24000 that’s ok. But 31000 and 81 months man I kinda got ripped off. I really didn’t get pressured but just wish I would have spoke up. Like I said I didn’t speak up when I should have.
