The service center is amazing, went to another Infiniti dealer nothing but it nothing but headaches. Work with Wilson he got back to me quick . Totally explain everything to me so you can really understand what is going on with your car ! They called you ASAP. Everyone was very helpful. This is the most disgusting dealership ever. They overcharge everyone even if you have insurance. At first, they will say that it’s covered by your insurance and then they will say that the parts aren’t you’ll need to pay out of pocket. This is how they will make you pay extra hundreds/thousands of dollars to fix your car when it should be free of charge. If you do end up going here, make sure to negotiate the price and if you don’t feel comfortable fixing your car there then take it somewhere else. They will literally rip you off!
