We had a great pre-buy shopping experience here and decided that when the lease is up on our current vehicle is about 6 months, we will go straight back to Sebastian to buy, he is outstanding. Arrived at 10:20am without a scheduled appointment. Gina was great, she asked what was needed and an hour later I was on my way with an oil change, tire rotation and NYS Inspection!! The best service dept in the business!!

Easiest car buying/leasing process I have ever dealt with. Salesman Joseph Cunningham was a pleasure to deal with. Did all paperwork via email and just had to sign when I went for pickup of our new QX60 and return our old leased QX60. In and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes.
