Almost a month ago I purchased a Q50! Dom was the most helpful sales representative. He answered all of my questions, and he still does to this day! He will help you with any questions you have and if he doesn’t know the answer he will find out for you! After the buying process was finished, Dom made sure to get my car ready for me to drive off the lot and he even took great pictures for me as seen posted!You can tell he is passionate about his job and loves what he does. The buying process was an ease and stress free due to his jokes. The best “bald guy” I have ever met!

Dom is the MAN!! Our Family SUV was stolen a few weeks ago and deemed a total loss by our insurance company. I dreaded having to “deal” with a dealership, but I was lucky enough to have met the most hardworking & personable product specialist/salesman, DOM!! His positive energy and eagerness to make the buying experience a positive one was noticed straight away! I was able to get most of the ‘research’ part done from the comfort of my home. Dom started off by sending me a video of the vehicle, we then got on a video chat and when I had a few more questions, he was great at texting and emailing back in a timely manner! When I arrived to the show room, the vehicle was ready for me to take it out for a spin :-) and Dom was ever so patient in answering my additional questions and talking me through the final processes. Executive Sales Manager, Chelsea was great! No haggling or pressure and I appreciated that she made sure that we were able to wrap up the deal in no time! Finance Manager, Vance was sweet as can be. He helped complete the closing documents seamlessly! This was by far the easiest & most positive car buying transaction I have ever experienced (I’ve purchased many of cars in my 25yrs of driving)! If you’re wanting a great experience, you found your place! We drove from Fresno to Modesto and got the greatest deal on our car! Dominic and Vance were fantastic and treated us so well! We were in and out so fast! Dom has us laughing with his jokes! By far the best car buying experience for our family! We would do business again with their dealership and with Dominic! Genuinely this dealership is SPECTACULAR! It's a small team of hard working and dedicated people. They will always go above and beyond to make sure that you are well informed on the whole process whether it be a new car lease or buying a pre-owned vehicle. I was Lucky enough to get to work with all 5 people on hand and they all made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Russell and Tyler were super informative on the specs of the vehicle. As well on details on what option would work best for me financially. Also Thank you Ram for guiding me throughout my whole car application and letting me test drive the vehicle as many times needed to make sure I felt okay with it. But the biggest thank you I owe to their management Chelsea and Vance. They went above and beyond to make sure I got a comfortable payment, as well as making sure I had Kahu plus my extended services on the car so I could get an extra discount on top of my car insurance. They were fully transparent with me from beginning to end. They let me know of every miniscule detail just so I was fully aware. I am eternally thankful for Infiniti of Modesto.
