I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received. My service advisor Michelle was very timely and ensured I understood what was needed. No one has a good day when your car needs repair but the service department and especially my advisor was the silver lining for me. I would recommend them and definitely would recommend Michelle!!! It a 10/10 for me!

I had my Infiniti serviced today and the service was excellent. They washed my car and rims before they returned it and they serviced it quickly. The waiting room had free cappuccino and coffee. And their staff was very helpful. I will definitely be taking my car there again for my future services.

I love the updated service area. It’s so fancy. Complementary hot and cold beverages. Spacious waiting area. Clean restroom. Saturday’s are very busy 2-3 hr wait (even with appointment). Either wait in the nice area or have someone pick you up. You will receive a text when your vehicle is ready. Kudos to Rio A!!! He made me feel very welcomed and explained the process because it was my first time here
