The service department was excellent. Handled receiving with minimal trouble. You drive indoors, where they help with your checkin. I received a loaner vehicle which was clean and new. Check out was even easier. Everything was explained and documented. The facility is very clean and friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This place is AMAZING! Rebecca in service will take care of your car like it was her own. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and I have the highest respect for her. And she does for all of her customers, associates and every one else. I personally recommend her to anyone with an Infiniti. The facility is truly \state of the art\ And I only give a AAA with a recommendation less than 5% of the time. Since I am a Google Guide, I am accurate and impartial. Rebecca can take care of insurance and service contract claims. Even get an estimate on body repairs. Many people I meet say how great she is. The technicians are brilliant and can diagnose and repair anything on your Infiniti. Their skill level is that of an engineer and computer programmer. The Parts department is one of the highest stocked in the country. They also have tires in stock and always have a special such as buy 3 tires and get the 4th for a dollar. Great prices on quality brand tires.

I would highly recommend this dealership for servicing. The whole experience was smooth and simple. I made an appointment online, they confirmed via email and text. I requested a loaner which was available when I dropped off my vehicle. When I arrived, one of the techs went over the issues that needed to be addressed. Shortly after I was contacted by an associate, Amanda, who was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and she kept me informed of what needed to be done and how long. I then received a text with a document attached explaining what needed to be done and/or any recommendations and price. I checked off and signed off electronically on the work. A part needed to be ordered, however it was done w/24 hours. I received a call from Amanda letting me know it was done, I dropped the loaner off, paid the bill and retrieved my vehicle.
