I bought my first Infiniti from this dealership in 2018, and upgraded to number 2 (a QX60) today. From Daniel (sales manager), to Brennan (sales), and to Doug (finance) it was a 10/10 experience. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy, and comfortable with my purchase. 2 down and probably a life time to go! Thanks guys!
I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I came in to check out a used vehicle that was posted on their site and my sales rep, Dakota, was great. He made the whole process comfortable, was extremely knowledgeable, and was pleasure to deal with. The financing was handled by one of their finance directors, Doug, and he too was a pro; making the whole process seamless. Unfortunately an issue arose with the vehicle a day after I got the keys, but the manager, Daniel, promptly handled the issue and the vehicle is as good as new. Will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone looking to get into a new/used vehicle.
