I had a nail appointment booked this morning and called to say I was running 5 minutes late. The receptionist was really rude to me on the phone. She told me that they couldn't wait for me to arrive as somebody was booked straight after me and that I would need to rearrange the appointment. All because I was 5 minutes late! I have been kept waiting for my appointments here before but accept that this is the nature of a beauty salon, that you can't run perfectly to the schedule. Never has a salon refused to see me before and I have been to many. I definitely won't be a returning customer!!
