We got super help (and patience) in the design phase from Martine. (it took a while before we knew what we wanted). The kitchen turned out beautiful, delivered as promised. During implementation we got super help from Chris as well. The only stain (not making this a 5 star review) was not due to the Bosbeke themselves but one of their suppliers who failed to deliver the stone countertop at a critical time (which was several times communicated upfront); the supplier cancelled last minute, 1 day before the 3 week bouwvak holiday after communicating several times they would be on time. We live abroad and this was our summer holiday in the house, understandably without a full functioning kitchen, less than desirable. This must have been known upfront by the supplier and the last minute cancellation was really BS; it left us with a prospect of 3 weeks in a house without a usable kitchen. De Bosbeke saved the day with an interim solution, far from optimal, but at least we had something. Later it took several months before the supplier had a piece of stone that was needed to finish the countertop. Very poor performance of said supplier not managing expectations and not communicating. Again not De Bosbeke's fault but in the end the final product / service perception comes to them, so I suggest they find someone else / more reliable or 'shake the supplier awake' cause it stains their wonderful product and service. Otherwise this would have been a 5 Star top review. All in all we are very satisfied with the kitchen. Thank You DeBosbeke team !!

kwaliteit van de deuren is Prima , sommige punten zijn niet naar behoren afgewerkt , onderkant van de chambranten is volledig uitgezaagd in plaats van juist de achterkant van de chambrant weg te nemen zodat de chambrant op zijn hele breedte tot aan de grond komt , ook sluiten de deuren niet naar behoren , te veel speling tussen de deur en het deurkassement
Top kwaliteit !!! Bij geen enkele gekende keukenbouwer hadden we de mogelijkheid om half massieve kasten te verkrijgen .Bij anderen zijn de deuren massief en de kasten in plaat matriaal en heb je ook geen andere opties. Outlet massief badkamermeubel, machtig mooi! Ook de samenwerking is fenomenaal. Keuken ook van de Bosbeke nog in de maak voor januari. Dat is pas massief! Enige keukenbouwer die dit concept aanbiedt, elders is het alleen de deuren massief. En zelfs wanneer je bij de Bosbeke enkel de deuren massief verkiest is het nog steeds degelijker en mooier afgewerkt! Top!
