I had posted a review when we first had Hometown heating out to fix our furnace, and they were amazing to deal with. Our furnace was a bit of a challenge for the technician, but after the process of elimination Brad was finally able to get everything working perfectly. Again, I would highly recommend Hometown Heating as the customer service was second to none! Thanks again !

The entire team at Hometown was amazing! We had a few hiccups along the way thanks to Covid but in turn they were quick to call with updates, quick to follow up on service, just all around fantastic. Hometown Heating is our new go to company for our heating and cooling needs. The technician we had was friendly and was quick to identify and fix our furnace issue. We are use to companies taking a high pressure approach to try to sell us new expensive products. It was refreshing to experience the opposite with Hometown.The technician reassured us that our furnace (installed in 1985), was still in good shape. We would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring heating or cooling service.

I recently moved to the area and was installing a gas range in my kitchen. I was missing a part and couldn't figure out what to do. None of the local retailers were much help. I went to Hometown and spoke with Shane. Rather than book me for a 150 install he did the right and neighbourly thing and gave good solid advice and told me what part to buy.
