I recently had a new furnace and central air conditioner installed ,as well as having the exterior lighting at the front of my house upgraded. I was completely satisfied with all the work done. I trusted Jim's advice on all aspects of my need for a new furnace as he helped me understand my options and costs. My husband and I are very happy with the service that Jim and his apprentice provided us on short notice. Our water heater broke over the weekend and flooded our basement, and Jim was able to come quickly to help us address the issue and prevent any further damage. He took the time to go through the different options for replacing the water heater and encouraged us to make the choice that was best for us. He came with his apprentice to replace the water heater first thing on Monday morning. They were very conscientious about cleanliness and protecting our interior when moving the water heaters, such that they left the space clean and without any damage. We also had a major issue with our toilet that we asked Jim to inspect, and he was happy to replace it for us because it was beyond repair. Again, he took the time to help us find a replacement that worked best for us and was able to replace it on the same day. Overall, we are very happy with the service that we received and the reasonable prices of his services and products. Jim is very personable, honest, and professional, and he does high quality work. Incidentally, our neighbours had his son replace their old electrical system and had a similarly positive experience. We will certainly call him for our plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling needs in the future!
