Not happy..... paid for packets of Dragons Blood Resin and although package marked Dragons Blood it was actually Mrryh. Also purchased thier (coming soon) Dragons Blood Soap.... this soap does not even have a hint of the beautiful aroma of Dragons Blood in it, plain Goats Milk soap smells better and lathers. Extremely disgruntled Consumer, wrote an email to owners and did not even receive an apology. Advise.... DON'T buy from here online if you are seeking the products you want. After finally receiving a response from this Journey Artisan Soap shop, pictures of incorrectly marked resin were taken and uploaded at the owners request. As well as further questions about why the so called Dragons Blood Soap smelt only of something to be described as Glycerine, communications stopped. No surprises there with the realisation of Journey Artisan Soaps errors. My offer to post back in order for the owners to have full proof of their errors/scam have been completely ignored. Do yourself a favour and save yourself a lot of money, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Journey Artisan Soaps!!! You will NOT receive what you ordered and payef for. Susan Thompson
