OMG the Optus store in Ingle Farm are the best, I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend everyone go see Sam and Jess they went above and beyond for me this week, having major family issues they helped me not only fix my existing phone, they also upgraded my plan so i ended up with a new and much better phone as well and also a tablet and 2 accessories packs and my plan is still cheaper than my last phone! Absolutely very happy customer....A so very grateful.....I will be back again in the future

I’d give this a zero if I could. Terrible customer service, completely disinterested in actually making a sale and they closed up early(3.45 on a Sunday). This used to be one of the better branches around I’ve signed up multiple services here previously will not be returning especially when the rude Indian man is working there.

Wont answer phone 3 calls all unanswered total16 min of ads.terrible service,tryed next day 3 separate times still no one answers phone,ads for21 min. Gave up went to another carrier.

Sold me the fone very helpful went back next day for set-up help didn't want to know me said not there problem substances after sales service . Even IV bin with Optus for years ..

Extremely poor service..the lady working in this optus store on 17th nov,2020( 10am- 11am)...did not knew how to put the screen protector on my phone...she was extremely rude to me..I waited for two hours...standing there..she tried 2 guards..on reading the instructions..wasted lot of time...poor service..unprofessional...never gonna visit that store...
