I cannot understand the complaining re Amcal Ingle farm..have been a customer for many years there service is fantastic staff friendly and eager to help and I have not detect any racism here. You may have to wait a little as they can get very busy..but u have 2 wait in line at the supermarket! Keep up the good work ....

Specifically told the staff I only needed one of the scripts filled. Also asked is they had the particular medication bacause I know some places were out of it, they said they did, cool. Waited half an hour to receive the medication that I told them I didn't need filled and also told that they didn't have the one I did need. Why ignore instructions, lie to customers and then make them pay for the medication they didn't need because "well we've already filled the script"
You ask for an owing that you have received several times in the last 5 years of custom only to be told that you need the script faxed. You do that only to find their fax isn't working. End result is your in a delapidated pharmacy that's seen better days, that doesn't have working technology that's been around 30 years. Very disappointed.
I love the staff, very helpful, caring and supportive. Helped me sometime back when they were closed. She saw I was in pain and went out of her way and helped me. Gave me my medicine. I appreciate for all the help and it's because of that simple act. I will be a loyal customer.
Even before the decision to close & merge Priceline, the shelves were almost empty, & when you spoke to the staff about it, the staff just looked at you with a vacant stare. Very poor customer service. If the staff are going to be working in the new Priceline, I will not be shopping there.
Staff is racist. They’re not so friendly.if they selling fee medicine still I am not going there.

Racist , did not serve me first even though I was first in line. Amcal Rewards system is useless, you get nothing for buying regularly.
