Can't thank Yong Su enough for alerting me to the higher risk of retinal detachment I face as a highly myopic person. I've had glasses since I was 9 and he is the first optometrist to tell me this in almost 30 years! Because of him, I knew what to look out for, and could be treated quickly when I did have issues with my retina. He always takes time and great care with my eye health examinations. I feel safe in his hands!

Been coming here nearly 3 years now and never had an issue with them. As the staff always polite towards me and always reaching my personal issues I need done. As today was a great day to come in and grab 2 pairs of sunglasses and get free polarizing as well. As Kate was kind and talked to me while going through sunglasses I should get as I am happy with the pair I got and can't wait to see them when I receive them as well

Was pleasantly surprised with the ease of ordering my new glasses. Employees were friendly & was able to go through the frames available in peace without being pestered. I was able to pick up two pairs, reading glasses & prescription sunglasses, in a 2 for 1 deal and paid nothing due to health insurance. Specsavers took less than a week to fulfil the order and the frames fit with no issues. Satisfied customer, thank you.

Fairly average service. I was pumped through their eye testing and felt like a number to them. The optometrists looked tired and wasn't particularly helpful when asked about laser surgery verses glasses. Yes, I understand you don't sell laser surgery and would prefer me to be tapping off the glasses world for the rest day of my life. The glasses you gave me are not right. My eyes have deteriorated to a point where wearing them now means I have to take them off to see up close. I'm an electronic engineer. I'm looking at close objects all day. Why was this not explained to me and why was I not given options like 'multifocal lenses'? The reason - not enough care factor. Follow up glasses fitting was just as bad, with a new recruit not having a clue about customer service. 'Yeah, they look alright on you. How do they feel?' I got my last couple of pairs of glasses from Mt Barker Specsavers. If you are looking for a contrast in service, go talk to Micheal there.

These guys are fantastic. I made the switch to SpecSavers after a long stint with two of their competitors and will never look back. Glasses are fantastic but even better was their service. Was instantly greeted every single visit and all the staff seem to know their product inside and out. Thank you to Holly and all the staff at Ingle Farm. World class customer service.
