Bought my engagement ring from there and have purchased many gold bracelets and net places and every time I've been served by a female name Rosie she is absolutely magnificent she is a joy to do business with and would not was spent as amount of money that we have spent it wasn't for her

Apparently does anything to make a sale. After being shown a picture of a ring required, sold somethibg completely different. As no refunds on change of mind, wouldbt give money back. Only offered exchange. Should have never offered completly different ring! Not happy. *edit* After emailing Zamels head office about this, I did not even get a reply, let alone an apology or some sort of peace offer. Terrible service all round!
