Had a few things looked at By Workshop Manager Colin. He was attentive and quick to solve the problem. He was detailed in his explanations and reassuring. Honest and Reliable. I Would definitely use Alpha Garage services again.
Long term repeat customers of Alpha Garage and Stuart for both our cars. Excellent mechanical and CUSTOMER service. Prompt, punctual, polite and professional. Always treats you like a person rather than an interruption or source of money. Prices are fair and reasonable and Stuart does the work he charges for.
Very happy with these guys - fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and would rather have a happy customer than a quick buck. Just took my Pathfinder in suffering a chronic case of Intermittent Mystery Disorder that had several people scratching their heads, and it's back on the road already with a way lower bill than I was bracing myself for. Definitely coming back to them for all my future needs!

I sold a car to Stuart from Alpha Garage, he drove away with my house keys, garage keys, business keys and a keyring belonging to my late wife. When I contacted him and asked him to return the keys, but more importantly the keyring, one of the few things I had to remember my late wife, he assured me that he would" post it back tomorrow Buddy" . That was three months ago and despite many calls both to his business and mobile phone I have received no response. At this point I am being told that he no longer works at Alpha Garage, a business that he appeared to own. Very disappointed, not hard to put the keys in an envelope and post them back, he has my address. All I can say is that I will be turning up at random times to this business address to retrieve my keys and will not rest until they are returned. All I can say is if you have read this post, please make up your own mind as to whether this is the sort of person you would like to do business with. I have given one star as that is the only way I can make this post, obviously if there was a minus star count I would have used that.
