The waiting outside in the sun was really rough, but I just want to say that whoever the lovely lady with the blonde hair and finger tattoos was, manning the front desk at 2pm today, the 30/03, she is an absolute star and an asset. I regret not grabbing her name. I had the quickest, most easy and reassuring experience with her and my anxiety at my single parenting payment being stopped was immediately put at ease in a friendly and efficient manner, and once inside the centre, was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the situation completely resolved with a smile on her face, despite her being faced down by a long line of tired and frustrated cranky people. I just wanted to make sure she got publically shouted out for being amazing and to ensure that Centrelink Ingleburn knows how appreciated a member of their team she is, and wanted her herself to know that she’s doing a great job and her hard work is making a difference.

During this COVID-19 difficult times, had issues with my job seeker payment, visited the office and staff were very helpful. Seeking payment for the first time after paying tax for some 30 yrs. Anton from Ingleburn office was very helpful. If he informed that he was going to call the next day, he did call. When he said he was going to calculate and call back in few minutes, he did call back. Great customer service. Thank you so much for all your help, greatly appreciated.

This place is the very best place for our medicare service as we met Carmen( staff) and she helped us a lot, provided all the details and was so much polite and adviced us regarding the terms and policies and the regulations of Australia. She talked as if we are her son and daughter. Hope to meet you Carmen. All the very best to you.

Rude staff.... girl on the front desk had attitude from the second I approached her. The older, more experienced staff know what they doing and are helpful.

Four stars for the yong Lady today, today, at sign in, gave me some great advice - 100% correct, wish all were as good as her. Pot luck at times, some are willing to help, others, like an angry Tipan snake. However it is POLICY that hamstrings them. If the SEC and the FASs - they earn mega bucks - got down to grass roots, and made good policy, it could be the best social system in the world

58 years old, paid taxes all my life, served twenty one years in the Defence Force, third time in my life I have visited Centrelink(Ingleburn) and all three times(2009 and today 2019) had issues. Asked the lady on the front counter about the disability pension, explaining I was TPI under DVA and was rudely told to take a seat, when asked how long she said over an hour, I asked if I could sort it out on line and I was told she was the manager and she was doing three things at once as they were short staffed then she added that I didn't even know what I wanted! Pure arrogance, I was civil and did not expect to be treated that way by a so called manager, who looked like she just left school. All I wanted was a little advice and I had all the relevant paperwork with me. I would have called the manager but apparently she was? I suffer from PTSD and all that goes with it and if it had of been a male at the desk things may have escalated. Time was 11am on Thursday 11 April and I would like a response before I take it further!
