As the rubbish company not even have enough driver to pick up the bin. And such rubbish customer service team. So disappointed.

first day they can't send the truck to pick up the rubbish. second day they said their driver would be here around 11 o'clock. but at that time there was no one show up. Then I call them again. They told me that I can't keep calling them with very bad attitude. If clean way can provide a good service. I will never ever call them. unfortunately they can't.

Shonky waste recycling contractor – ripping off Councils and employ only arrogant and rude call centre staff, based possibly if not definitely off shore … ..they have heard about customer service and when you try to call you before 5pm the line goes out after 5pm and they piss off cutting off the whole queue waiting to be served… .. please hold the line your call is NOT important to us …
