You must have been one of the lucky ones. I went there today with my Mac, was told the fault was under warranty. I am a businessman and need my computer as almost 100% of what I do is computer based. It was functioning, but the i/o ports were dead. I was told that they had to book it in to order the parts (rubbish, its a warranty repair and the parts are guaranteed delivered at no cost to them!) and that if i wanted to take it away after they had assessed it that I would have to leave a 1,200 bond!!!!! Its my bloody computer, why should I leave a bond? If I wanted it in a hurry I had to pay an additional 132 to jump the queue, fair enough for me, but what about all the other suckers they purport to have who are knocked down the queue by an hour. Does my 132 ensure I wont get knocked down the queue when the next urgent case walks in the door and bids 150 for the spot?. I have run an Apple Reseller in the past and I know that Apple's parts policy is that all parts of the machine are modular and swap out with little work. (It protects their proprietary designs.) The fault with mine would have involved no more than 20mins work removing some screws, lifting the board out, disconnecting cables and then performing the reverse operation. Marginally slower than the process they would undertake to lift the money from my wallet to pay for it. I have never encountered such absolute rubbish in all my life! Took it to another repairer, 20 mins, fixed, on the road and I am using it now to write this review. Watch out guys, or if you do go, take a wheelbarrow, the manure would be great for the veggie garden. Definitely not the place for business people to go for help.
