This company don't communicate with their buyers. Their solictors ignore all queries. No honesty at all about their clearly dire situation on a project Xanadu at Wolli Creek currently. They have put nothing more than a hole in the ground in 2.5 years. They're now pushing out the contracts an extra year past the original sunset date trying to claim its due to circumstances "outside of their control" when in fact they have financing issues, which for anyone else would be their own responsibility. But apparently for these guys its someone else's fault that they took on a project they were not capable of completing without the proper financial backing. DO NOT do business with this company unless you want to be silently dragged through the mud by them for years with no clue about what is happening or why. A complete bunch of amateurs. They are trying to tell us now the project will be completed by early 2020. I won't hold my breath. If they do manage to get it done inside the next 12 months (highly unlikely) we'll probably end up with another Opel or Mascot towers. If there was actually a legitimate reason outside of their control I would be understanding. That is not the case at all however. Anyone else in a similar boat I'd be happy to speak to you and discuss how we move forward. My life has been put on hold by this unscrupulous and irresponsible company long enough.
