After having read the positive reviews, I decided to give this place a try. What a MISTAKE!! No support is provided and I doubt I will get my order before Xmas. Ordering my items was easy and simple, but the delivery service was TERRIBLE. Three weeks after I placed my order, I received an email saying someone tried to deliver my parcel but no one was home, which was a lie. Both my partner and I work from home so someone is always at home during working hours. No calling card was left behind with details on how I can collect my parcel. I tried contacting Aramex (courier service) via the channels they offered -WhatsApp, Facebook and phone - but had no luck as they're not responding. I tried calling the Christmas Cart and received a voicemail saying they're closed and that I should send an email. Can you believe how a Christmas tore is closed during office hours during 2 weeks prior to Xmas day? I have no way of finding out where my order/parcel is. There is absolutely no support. This is very disappointing.
I would never order from here again, was given the biggest run around. My order was meant to be delivered, that never happened, ended up having to go in and get my order and still nothing was ready, half the items purchased weren't available. Biggest joke!
We ordered some items from The Christmas Cart for a winter window display at our optometry practice. Everything was delivered in a timely manner & the items were fantastic - just what we were after/as advertised! Our shopfront has never looked better. Thank you so much!
