Had a pretty bad experience with the agent of the real estate. I was appointed a inspection date for the rental property and the agent didn't show up. Again was appointed with next day inspection date but I wanted to make sure about it. They didn't show up this time as well. Hope they will keep this things in mind and focus on improving in the future. Thanks

I had the worst experience with this realestate . They showed that they do not give equal opportunities to buyers and ditch buyers by making excuses. Clearly let the other buyer proceed while ut me on hold From the first day I put the offer they acted politically and secretly with me as they clearly wanted to sell the property to another buyer for unknown reason . Suddenly they told me someone is putting a deposit and I sent email and mentioning that I am ready to pay the deposit Called them many times They picked once and said Yes yes we are sending you the bank detail But the after one week the vendor’s conveyance sent ens that the propert is sold. This is while they had told me that my offer is approved and if I pay deposit I can purchase the property From the poor ethics that they are holding its waste of time energy and trust to this industry and to my understanding they licences should be reviewed Not to mention that most of the reviewed seems to have the relatives of people who are working there and not valid Currently fair trading is reviewing this case a d the I will take it to NCAT
