Chimney Crafters is a family owned business and Eric and his crew could not have been more pleasant to deal with from start to finish. I had a new gas insert fireplace installed, along and with a new liner. I would highly recommend this company for any type of chimney repairs or upgrades! Quality work with fair pricing, no need to search anymore because Chimney Crafters is the real deal.

We had a new Valor Fireplace Insert installed by Chimney Crafters. We have been very pleased with the service and product. The estimate was reasonable. The owner Erik was very accommodating and took his time to answer our questions.
I hate spending money on home repairs that don’t improve the looks of my house, but if I have to spend money on essential improvements like a new furnace or repairs to my fireplace and chimney I want quality work at a reasonable price. Chimney Crafters provided this plus more. I got several estimates from other companies and Chimney Crafters gave me a considerably lower bid for exactly the same work as the other companies (relining and waterproofing the chimney, relining the water heater venting system, and installing gas logs). In addition to a reasonable price, I received excellent explanations about work needing to be done; prompt service, arrival times, and work completion; care for the rest of my home during chimney repairs; and careful examination of work at the end of the project. Erik also helped me choose logs that would be the most economical without sacrificing quality or attractiveness. I highly recommend Chimney Crafters for their integrity, work ethic, communication skills and respect for the customer.
