This is one of the most Professional and Courteous offices I have ever been in. I just looked at the last 1 star review and im not sure why she left a Negative Review? She is Upset because they did there job and asked her the give the Standard 24 hour cancellation? The Reason they asked you to Control your child 3 or not is because there are People in there getting work done with Very Sharp Instruments and a Child Running around can not only be Very Distracting but it makes people Very Nervous!

So today I was supposed to take my boys to this dentist but since I hurt my ankle yesterday I forgot to call and cancel the appointment. They called me and said we at least expect to be called24 hrs to cancel because then we can't put other people in instead and you do it 2 time we won't be able to see them here . I just hurt my ankle I can't really drive and they are all rude even after I just explained why I couldn't take them. So I just told he I wasn't going to take them there since they refused to see one of my daughter s and sent them to another dentist and said that my daughter needed to be better behaved she just turned 3yrs.
Hands down BEST dental office i have been to EVER! Dr Watt has been amazing. Her staff is always so welcoming and happy to assist with any questions. Dr Watt makes sure you are comfortable and you leave her office happy. 10 out of 10 I HIGHLY recommend!
When having any work done in this office make sure the person is licensed with the Texas State Board. Of Dental Examiners and you can check it out online at the TSBDA website. A dental asst is limited to assisting the dentist. they are NOT licensed to ever clean your teeth. If they say they can it’s because they’re doing what their boss aka DDS tells them to do. They have to have a Dental Hygienist License with “their” name on it. You have a right to ask to see it. The only ones in a dental office that can clean teeth is the Dentist or the Hygienist. If they say they can polish your teeth, ask to see their certificate. Polishing consists of a rubber cup and paste only! Choose wisely
The staff at this office was so nice and accommodating. Very helpful in scheduling appointments, designing treatment plans, and working with our budget and insurance coverage. Dr. Watt was extremely knowledgeable and explained what she saw and every recommendation she made. They treated us like family there. We will definitely be back. Can’t figure out why anyone would rate them less than 5 stars.
