We have been very pleased with our experience for our dogs. All 3 dogs,with different behavior problems, now have a much nicer quality of life. We rescued a darling but very powerful 140 pound Mastiff who was very difficult to walk. After 2 weeks with Shannon she is no longer concerned with other people or dogs on our outings. Shannon is excellent at learning about each dogs personally and making a plan to help them learn how to be part of a family.

I have worked with Shannon and Sandy for over 4 years. They are trustworthy, honest, very kind and genuine people. I can count of them anytime I need someone to look after our dog Payton. I know I can depend on them to feed and walk Payton. He looks forward to their visits. Occasionally, I will be home, unexpectedly, when they arrive to walk Payton. I hear the love in their voices when open the door to greet Payton. Payton dances around excitement, so I know the feeling is mutual. Shannon has worked very hard to build her business. She has taken an extensive dog training course to further expand her knowledge on dog behavior. I've watched videos of her training dogs and am thoroughly impressed. I would recommend K9 Satisfaction to anyone who is in need of dog walking, training and potty break visits. Working with Shannon has been such a great experience! We enrolled our 1 year old rescue in her Well-Mannered Dog Program and it has made a world of difference! When we adopted Marley it was apparent he had never had any sort of training and had likely been a stray living outside. He didn’t have any aggression issues, but he didn’t respond to basic commands and was absolutely terrible on a leash, backing out of his collar and even wiggling out of a harness! He would run away any chance he got, and we would end up chasing him through the neighborhood (I think he thought we were playing). After 2 weeks with Shannon he knows and responds to all the basic commands (“sit”, “down”, “wait”, “come”), he understands “NO”, and he comes when we call him. There have been several incidences since training where the door was left open and he snuck out behind us, but as soon as we called him, he stopped and came right back. He goes willingly to his “place” to lay down and waits until he hears “okay” to be free. Not only did Shannon work with him on-leash, but she did off-leash as well. I was a little uneasy about the ecollar training, but I am confident it was done the right way because now when Marley sees me get the ecollar out, he gets so excited because he knows we are going on an adventure! He is such a good boy both on-leash and off-leash, we love taking him everywhere with us! Shannon was extremely patient with us and gave us all the tools we needed to continue training at home. I highly recommend Shannon and K9 Satisfaction! Thank you so much!
We could not be happier with the training. Previously, we could not walk our lab without our arms being pulled from our sockets. After only 7 days, Sadie now walks on a loose leash, always comes when we call and , in general, is a calmer, happier dog who is an absolute pleasure to take for walks. We are so pleased with the results we are now planning to purchase the next level of training. Shannon is also very gentle and loving that we had no reservations about leaving our pup with her for an extended period.
I have seen the care and love invested in each dog that K9 works with They are always promoting positive behavioral changes as well as a strong healthy dog. The care that each dog receives here is a primary focus - there is so much TLC.
