The Kaplan Paving's sales rep, Jennifer B. provided us with exemplary communication for our project from the first phone call to the final communication. She was very knowledgeable, and highly motivated to help us get the end results we wanted. She walked us through every step in the complicated process, kindly, patiently and honestly. I would not hire a contractor who does not have a sales person/office help, because the workers are too busy to answer the phones, return calls, and provide the communications and support through the project that we both need to insure a complex project proceeds as planned. I would highly recommend Kaplan Paving because reliable and timely care is vital to successful completion of projects.

I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Kaplan. First worked with Billing for an estimate. He was great! Then worked with Beckie who was so helpful! The crew that came out to do the driveway did an amazing job and Mike who did the seal coating was amazing! An incredible team. Each of them was extremely helpful, efficient, they communicated every step of the way. I would highly recommend Kaplan for sure!!!

We were in the market to replace our 20 year old driveway so we could widen it to accommodate more vehicles. After going through multiple companies, I had a visit from Joe Revelle from Kaplan. Joe was extremely informative, professional & explained all of the pluses and minuses with my scenario. One of the deciding factors was that he handed me some paperwork that showed the benefits of redoing your driveway, plus a copy of their insurance. Not one other company did that. From start to finish it was professional all of the way. Not the cheapest, but felt really comfortable and ended up being extremely happy with the result.
