Let's start with Sandra--who ROCKED! She was so friendly, helpful & understanding. The room was CLEAN & smelled great, so kudos to housekeeping. I've traveled through quite a few small towns & paid significantly more for rooms that were not nearly as nice. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

If I could give a Negative star rating I would. More expensive than others in the area. Hotel charges a upfront 100. Deposit they refund after check out if they feel no damage was done! I did get mine back. Property was nasty dirty, unkept grounds, rooms nasty! Remote on TV did not work, no cable only Hulu. Phone in room did not work and the front desk knew it. Clock radio had time set incorrectly however buttons were rubbed off so you could not tell how to set it! Property was very loud! Just trashy in general! This is a never stay there again place!
Will not return to this motel. Website is misleading. Motel is clean but my issue is not with cleanliness. Staff is very unfriendly and sometimes hostile. Did not feel welcome. Observed at all times. States they are pet friendly so we brought our 15# fluff ball that never leaves our sight and is frequently in our arms. Was called to office and challenged in having a pet and informed it would be extra for the pet and I needed to pay NOW. Hostile. Not pet friendly. Also was charged a damage deposit of 100 upon arrival, which was returned after 3-4 days as they promised. Will not return here as the employees are hostile and almost threatening.
Had to do a last minute overnight stay due to inclement weather. They got us in and didn't break the bank doing so. Clean and nice sized rooms. Heater worked beautifully. The continental breakfast was a plus and the coffee was HOT.
Great people working at this OYO location! They also helped me find a parking space with my attached large trailer. I would recommend others to stay here if they need to stay in Ingleside. They also allow pets for a 25/pet fee

Pros: Our stay was great. Beds were comfortable, a/c was nice and cold and we found nothing wrong with the rooms. The lady who attended to us was awesome and overall the best and her name is Lisa. She gave us extra blankets and pillows for our boys. Anytime we needed anything or had questions she had no problem answering. It's a pet friendly hotel as well so thumbs up on that. I would definitely come back here no doubt about that. Thank you for a great stay during this crazy time of having to evacuate during Hurricane Laura, you made it feel like home away from home. Cons: No breakfast (but that's because of Covid-19 so understandable)
