I do not like writing any bad reviews, and try to only write good reviews to encourage customer service, but do feel this review is warranted. There were walk-ins seen ahead of a scheduled appointment, which is understandable in many cases, but they were obviously over booked as we didn't get called back to the room until an hour after the original appointment time. I wouldn't complain if I had to wait on my own doctor's visit, but their customers have babies and prompt service should be the goal. The previous appointment they forgot to send a specialist an order, which we had to call back multiple times to get the order sent. Three months and still haven't seen an specialist for a common, but serious condition that needs to be monitored. The staff is friendly, and that is the only reason this wasn't a worse review.
