This store ROCKS! Despite being flooded with people from surrounding cities that had no electricity or water, the employees were friendly, helpful & welcoming. The line for fuel required police oversight & yet the store stayed clean, efficient & ready for business.

Before harvey this place was great, now it’s a joke. Service is slow at best. You can stand at counter and stair at cashier and they will finish writing there text message before helping you, or will walk to the back and come back a few minutes later like they didn’t see you. I only go there because it’s the only stripes in town. When the other one finally opens I’m going to hope it’s better then this circus

BE AWARE FELLOW CO WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS! I usually get my tacos at another stripes closer to home but today I bought my lunch at the stripes in ingleside across from Dairy Queen. So first I was overcharged for one of the tacos. Second I'm at work and go to eat my tacos pull them out of bag and they are the smallest tacos I have ever bought from a stripes store. And on top of that the tortilla for the taco they overcharged me for completely RAW! Management must be so proud of how their employees don't satisfy customers.

Mylene took my order, didn't make it, then hid in the back. After waiting for 10 minutes some young kid asked me what I was waiting for, I told him but because he didn't take my original order he got it wrong. They are always out of drinks too.
