Really recommended! I was looking for a leasing, but because I don’t speak a really good German, buy a car could have been a quite difficult experience. But fortunately I contacted Auto Bierschneider, where all employees speak English. In particular, I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Dawid Mindur, which is a really funny and helpful person. He helped me to find exactly what I wanted and to understand every steps of the car purchase. The overall experience was quick and simple thanks to Dawid. Now I am a super happy owner of a wonderful Seat Ibiza, a car that I had desired to have for a long time.

No/No.( I planed to buy a new car. So, my idea was to test their service first with my old VW-Golf. Forget it ./ big disappointment - …. got my new car at Toyota.

I have bought last year a car from them. The seller helped me a lot and he was a very understanding person but until I ended up talking with him I had to take \EPIC BATTLES\ with the girl from the reception over the phone. SHE REFUSES TO SPEAK ENGLISH with the foregn customers even dough she knows it. She hangs up on you in the middle of the call and if you try to call back she won't answer anymore. I recomend everyone to BYPASS the girl from the front desk if you really want to buy a car from them. Just go to them and talk directly with the selling agents.
