I have been hunting for quite a while . . I have tried MANY different processors. But I always go back to these guys. I have driven from Uvalde, Hondo, Falfurias, Bulverde and who knows where else to take my Axis or Whitetail to have them process my meats. The Jalapeno cheese smoke rings are the bomb , they always get my order right. It takes them a bit longer than other processors, but my wife knows . . when the gun goes off or arrow :) . . we will soon be in route to Woodbury. Had them do a couple of mounts for me also. These guys just do a great job!

Money well spent. They did my daughter's first buck, shoulder mount, and it's awesome. And their meat processing was very good and reasonable. Had jalapeno and cheese sausage, and their regular sausage and both are awesome
